Landscapes – Traces in the landscape

For a long time, there was not much information about the Crypt and the ruins of the first Yser tower. The Museum on the Yser is now changing that, explaining both the political background and symbolism in an audio track and text. In addition, you can even explore the Crypt from a bird’s eye perspective. Experience the transformation of the landscape in the tower’s panorama room: relive the construction of the first tower and the flooding during the First World War. A new digital dimension will reveal traces that would otherwise be invisible. This exhibition is also suitable for families.
